Decibel is a progressive Thrash metal band from New Delhi, India

Karthik – Bass
Vijay – Vocals\Manager
Ripple – Guitars
Naman – Keyboards

The band, christened as ‘Decibel’ came to existence in March 2003. With the idea of making their presence felt, Decibel started work on their first competition at IIT Delhi. Quite content with their performance at IIT Delhi prelims and morale boosting comments from other participating bands, they are planning to hit the scene again with more covers and originals..

Influenced By Dream Theater, Megadeth, Annihilator, Death, Whitesnake,
Iron Maiden, Nevermore, Symphony X

Future Plan With a focus towards releasing an album by 2007 end, the band
has made 8 Compositions and currently in process of recording them.
The band has worked hard for past two years to find its original sound and not to get label of another metal/Cover band.

Current Recently Band performed at Channe [v] Launch Pad and with their rocking Performance Made judges and crowd mad.

Till Date Decibel has released their Instrumental Single Naagin – The Lady Cobra.
